She developed her interest in hypnotherapy whilst lecturing at University. Ruth specialises in NLP for performance enhancement and has additional hypnotherapy qualification for the treatment of IBS.

Joanne Packe has 25 years experience in international sales, marketing and training. She first became interested in hypnotherapy whilst living in California, and keeps her hypnotherapy education up to date with ongoing courses both in the UK and USA. She has a Harvard Diploma in International Business Management and has a specialist interest in using hypnotherapy to enhance sports and business performance. She also specialises in smoking cessation.
