Confidence is the key to all success in life – without it life is an uphill climb of missed opportunities. Without confidence we are too quick to doubt ourselves, we hold ourselves back and don’t take advantage of all the possibilities, which are there for us.


When stress and anxiety levels are too high our confidence often drops- we then start to focus on everything that is not so good in our lives both in the past and the present and begin to worry about the future. We lose perspective, start thinking negatively and our subconscious emotional mind then starts to control us and goes into anxiety-overdrive resulting in phobias, negative habits (overeating, over drinking etc.) and insomnia.
